How to Apply
Proposal Format:
The application packet must include:
Information Page
List your complete permanent address
List one daytime telephone number
Provide the name of your reference
State briefly how you found out about this program
Proposal Narrative - One (1) page only
Describe how the grant funds will be used
Describe how the proposed activity enhances your ability to teach at the university/college level
Provide a justification of the budget (include supporting materials in an appendix, if needed)
Hard Copy of Your Resume
(see note below about required online resume submission)
Letter of Recommendation from Your Major Advisor

Note: No electronic applications will be accepted
Important:
In addition to the hard copy of the resume included with the mailed
application, applicants must submit their resume and complete contact
information online (www.AcademicKeys.com)
under the 'Post Your Resume' option on the menu. Written proposals
will not be evaluated unless this requirement is met.
Deadline(s):
For full consideration, applications must be postmarked by December 31st
for the January competition, or June 30th for the July competition.
Notification:
Successful applicants will be notified by e-mail within 30 days after
the respective deadline.
