TENURETRACKPOSITION IN INTERNATIONALBUSINESS
The College of Business at Pacific University, Forest Grove, Oregon invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor of International Business to serve the undergraduate and graduate business program beginning Fall 2019.
The Candidate must have:
an earned doctorate in International Business or a closely related field from an AACSB accredited doctoral program (ABD candidates will be considered if evidence of successful completion can be provided before the start date);
excellent teaching credentials, with a commitment to both undergraduate and graduate education;
potential for research that will lead to scholarly work publishable in refereed journals;
A demonstrated commitment to working with a diverse student population.
Preference will be given to candidates who can teach the core courses in International Business, and whose work incorporates a global perspective in related areas such as international trade, intercultural business communications, or a functional area such as international management, international operations/ logistics. Demonstrated skills and experience with applied business research and willingness to collaborate with current faculty to expand the cross cultural and international dimension of the undergraduate business curriculum is a definite plus.
