Tenure -Track Assistant Professor in Accounting
Candidates must hold or be near completion of an earned doctorate in accounting. Candidates are expected to be committed to superior teaching, and to provide evidence of producing high quality, impactful research. The successful candidate will have the background to teach in at least one of the fields of: financial accounting and reporting, auditing, and taxation. The ability to teach in two of these fields would be an asset. The preferred candidate will possess the ability to contribute to teaching in our accredited accounting program at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, and will be skilled at applying distributed and face-to-face learning technologies. Holding a professional accounting designation and familiarity with the CPA Canada program of training would represent an additional asset. Candidates must have demonstrated excellence in teaching and possess excellent written and oral communications skills.

Tenure -Track Assistant Professor in Entrepreneurship-Strategy
The preferred candidate for this appointment in Entrepreneurship and Business Strategy will hold a Ph.D. in a relevant area of business (or be very near completion) and have appreciable research achievements, commensurate with years of experience, in the area. Candidates must have demonstrated excellence in teaching entrepreneurship and business strategy, with demonstrated ability to lead course offerings focused on Introduction to Business, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship and/or Business Strategy. The preferred candidate will also be able to demonstrate excellent teaching capability and have a proven ability to inspire and motivate undergraduate students.

Tenure -Track Assistant Professor in Management-OB/HR
The preferred candidate for this appointment in Management will hold a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management/Organizational Behavior or be very near completion of one, and have extensive knowledge/experience of CHRP and its certification process. Candidates must have demonstrated the potential to excel in teaching in human resource management and CHRP designation related courses and superior research capability and potential, as well as a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate students. Demonstrated experience at building an extensive network/connection with industries and local Human Resource professional organizations are an asset.

Tenure -Track Assistant Professor in Management Science – Supply Chain Management
The preferred candidate for this appointment in Supply Chain Management will hold a Ph.D. in Management Science, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering or a related area (or be very near completion) and have appreciable research achievements, commensurate with years of experience, in the area. Candidates must have demonstrated excellence in teaching. The preferred candidate will also be able to demonstrate an ability to develop new courses, programs, and industrial solutions.

Tenure -Track Assistant Professor in Marketing
The preferred candidate for this appointment will hold a Ph.D. or DBA in Marketing (or be very near completion) and be able to teach courses in the traditional areas of Marketing. Candidates must demonstrate research potential in any area of Marketing, and be able to outline a clear, feasible, and sustainable research agenda. The preferred candidate will have interest in course and program development, and be able to motivate and inspire undergraduate students to pursue education and careers in Marketing.

Tenure -Track Assistant Professor in Management Science – Data Analytics
Candidates for this appointment will hold a Ph.D. degree (or be very close to completion) with an emphasis in Business Data Analytics and demonstrate the ability to teach courses in business data analytics, data visualization and/or statistics. The preferred candidate will have a demonstrated record or potential for peer-reviewed publications in the field and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in other areas such as Marketing and/or Finance. It is also expected that the successful candidate will be proficient with packages and software used in the Business Analytics field (such as R, SAS, SQL, Python, Hadoop).

Limited – Term 24 month Lecturer or Assistant Professor in Marketing
The preferred candidate for this limited-term position will hold a Ph.D. or DBA in Marketing (or be very near completion). We will also consider candidates with an MBA or equivalent who possess significant work experience in a marketing capacity. The successful applicant will be able to teach traditional Marketing courses in the undergraduate and MBA programs. Demonstrated potential to excel in teaching is essential, and the ability to build interest, motivation, and enthusiasm among students to pursue education and careers in Marketing is important. Interest in course development in an area of marketing would be beneficial.

Limited – Term 24 month Assistant Professor in Management-OB
The preferred candidate for this appointment in Management will hold a Ph.D. in Organizational Behaviour or be very near completion of one. Candidates must have demonstrated strong potential to excel in teaching and research in the area of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management (including but not limited to Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Planning, International HRM, Organizational Training, Design, Staffing, and Diversity Management) and have a demonstrated ability to inspire & motivate students.
