Tenure Track Faculty-Analytics
The Department of Management and Operations at the Villanova School of Business seeks to fill a tenure-track position in Analytics. This position is the result of the conversion of continuing non-tenure track position to a tenure-track position.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Villanova School of Business is committed to both scholarly research and teaching excellence. In addition to maintaining an active research agenda leading to high quality publications, the appointment involves teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels with a teaching load of two courses per semester.
Applicants must possess a Ph.D. in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to high quality research and possess excellent teaching skills.

The Department of Management and Operations is an intellectually curious and collegial group that currently includes 18 tenured or tenure-track faculty members and 7 non-tenure track faculty members. The Department publishes in top management, strategy, and entrepreneurship journals, such as Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management, Organization Science, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Business Venturing, and Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice. Department members are active in leadership roles within journals and within the Academy of Management. The Department is collegial and works as a team to further individual research interests and teaching objectives.
