The University of Windsor invites applications for a two-year limited term faculty position in the Odette School of Business at the rank of Assistant Professor in the area of Organizational Behavior commencing as early as September 1, 2017. This position is subject to final budgetary approval.

The preferred candidate for this appointment in Management will hold a Ph.D. in Organizational Behaviour or be very near completion of one. Candidates must have demonstrated strong potential to excel in teaching and research in the area of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management (including but not limited to Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Planning, International HRM, Organizational Training, Design, Staffing, and Diversity Management) and have a demonstrated ability to inspire & motivate students.

- graduate transcripts, if graduated since 2015; and
- three current letters of reference forwarded by the referees directly to the Dean of Business
