Assistant Professor of Accounting

Penn State Harrisburg's School of Business Administration invites applicants for multiple tenure-track Assistant Professor of Accounting positions in its AACSB-accredited program effective fall 2019. All areas of specializations considered. Positions involve teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, and part of load will involve online delivery; teaching load is 3/2 the first two years then 3/3. Strong commitment to effective teaching and publication is required. Faculty are expected to maintain a high level of professional activity through scholarly research and service. Competitive candidates will have a doctorate in accounting from an AACSB-accredited school; ABDs completing doctorate by August 2019 will be considered. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA), prior teaching, research, and professional experience preferred. Compensation is AACSB competitive.
