Seeking a qualified post-doctoral researcher in Marketing and Consumer Behavior.

A PhD in Marketing, Psychology or related discipline is required with expertise in consumer behavior or cognitive / social psychology, and experience with survey or experimental research, and preferably experience in neural networks and / or agent based modelling. Experience in programming also desirable.

The qualified candidate will work in the Consumer Research Lab under the supervision of Dr. Tripat Gill (Canada Research Chair in Market Insight and Innovation) at the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics.

The post-doc will work on a project on the role of emotions in new product adoption, which is supported by a large government grant from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC). In addition other projects on Marketing and Consumer Behavior in the lab.

A stipend of $40,000 + benefits will be paid for one-year (can be extended to another year contingent upon performance).
