    The College of Business Administration at the University of Prince Mugrin in Madinah, Saudi Arabia invites applications for full-time positions in the academic ranks of Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor in the following fields:

    Management: Introduction to Management, Organizational Behavior, Business Commutation, Leadership, International Business and Strategic Management.

    Accounting: Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Intermediate Accounting, Cost Accounting, Tax Accounting, International Accounting, Auditing and Accounting Information System.

    Economics: Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Engineering Economics and Economy of Saudi Arabia.
    Finance: Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Financial Markets and institutions, Investment, International Finance, Finance Modeling, Corporate Governance and Portfolio Management.

    Entrepreneurship: Entrepreneurship, Creativity and Innovation, New Venture Creation, Entrepreneurial Finance, Social Entrepreneurship.

    Human Resources Management: Human Resources Management, Global HRM, Negotiations, Compensation Management, Performance Management, Recruitment Management and Talent Management.

    Successful candidates will play a key role in advancing the mission of College of Business Administration (CBA) by promoting excellence in management related teaching, research and service. CBA vision is to be recognized as an institution of excellence in management and business education, research and service both regionally and globally.

    Essential duties of the job:
    Developing and Teaching undergraduate courses in one of the aforementioned fields.
    Helping in implementation of local and International accreditation related to College of Business Administration.
    Advising students and promoting the College of Business Administration.
    Administrative duties upon request.

    Required Education:
    Master's or Ph.D. in one of the following fields:
    Human Resources Management

    Preferred Experience:
    Candidate with at least four years of teaching experience in higher education is highly preferable.
    Candidates with practical experience in “academic quality assurance” and experience in AACSB or EFMD accreditation are highly preferable.
    Industrial work experience is preferable.
    High quality and up-to-date publications is an advantage.
