Qualifications:
• Ph.D. in the field of Management, from an accredited university
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching Management and/or Strategic Management, at Graduate and Undergraduate levels
• Clear balance between teaching, research and administrative work
• A strong commitment to teaching is required
• Industry experience would be a distinct advantage
Responsibilities:
• Plan course instruction, based on approved syllabus/outline provided, to assure course content and objectives are met
• Utilize a variety of teaching styles and methods, to accommodate diverse learning styles of students
• Ensure a high quality learning experience for students, which meet the University's quality standards
• Ability to contribute to curriculum development
• Facilitate and encourage a learning experience, which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their best
Skills:
• Fluency in English is a must
