Job Description:
 
 
Nance College of Business Administration invites application for the position of Chair -- Department of MLR.

Employment will begin July 1, 2010 or negotiable.

Initial appointment is a four-year term, with a three-year reappointment possibility.

Salary is AACSB competitive.

Minimum Qualifications: Terminal degree in Management or a related field; eligibility for appointment and tenure at the rank of Associate or Full Professor; a record of recent and continuing scholarship in a Management related field; evidence of successful teaching, communication skills, leadership and an ability to work with stakeholders, on and off campus.

Preferred Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates with strong records of scholarly accomplishments in a Management related field; demonstrated record of enhancing Graduate and Undergraduate Education; experience in administrative, financial and Faculty governance; demonstrated ability to foster positive partnerships, on campus and in the community; experience with AACSB accreditation; administrative experience at an urban university; and, leadership in professional organizations.
