The Department of Operations Management and Strategy in the UB School of Management is seeking applicants for the post of Clinical Assistant Professor, with a focus on business strategy instruction. This faculty member is expected to excel in the delivery of graduate education, as well in matters of program assessment and community engagement.
Primary duties include:
(1) Teaching a full range of courses at the MBA, MS, professional, and executive levels.
(2) Engaging with students in professional development activities
(3) Engaging in interdisciplinary partnerships with the university and local community
The successful candidate will be required to teach a full spectrum of graduate students from traditional, full-time professional, and executive level students. Industry experience is helpful but not required. Grant writing skills and/or international teaching experience a plus.

Must hold by fall term 2021 a graduate degree (doctorate or master) with a concentration in Business Strategy. Three (3) years of teaching experience strongly preferred.
