The Department of Management in the College of Business at Western New England University seeks applications for a tenure-track faculty position with primary teaching responsibility in Strategic Management, Leadership and Human Resource Management. The position will be filled for the 2020-2021 academic year. Applications will be accepted and reviewed until the positions are filled. Rank is at the Assistant or Associate Professor level.
The candidate must have a doctorate in business or a closely related discipline by the position start date. Applicants need to have a secondary area of teaching to support the department in Organizational Behavior, Strategy, Human Resource Management, Management, or Leadership. The College of Business is accredited by AACSB International. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a record of, or potential for, intellectual contributions consistent with the expectations of an AACSB accredited teaching institution.
