A relevant Doctorate (NQF Level 10) with a Master’s degree (NQF Level 9) in Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour or a relevant qualification with at least six years of lecturing experience at tertiary education level and/or industry experience or an equivalent combination of relevant professional experience. Competence to teach at least three of the following courses: Human Resources Management, Organisational Development, Leadership, Employee Relations, Professional Development Planning and Conflict Resolution. Excellent English Communication (oral, writing and presentation) skills. Exceptional interpersonal aptitude within a multi-cultural staff and student environment. A credible record of lecturing, curriculum development, advanced analytical research skills, research funding, peer-reviewed publications and community engagement will be an advantage.
