- Salary range: AUD $142,801 – $183,946 per annum, plus superannuation
As an integral part of UniSA’s Business School, The Centre for Workplace Excellence (CWeX) is a vibrant and leading research Centre in the areas of organisational behaviour and human resource management. CWeX brings together researchers with a collaborative spirit and a wealth of expertise in the areas of diversity and employee wellbeing, leadership, teams, human resource management practices, and organisational culture, climate, and change. The centre is housed in one of the nation’s preeminent Business Schools. An exciting opportunity is available for an Associate Professor: Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management.
The Associate Professor/Professor is a key leadership role in CWeX and will make a significant contribution in teaching, research and professional activities. This position involves contributing to the development and teaching of high quality undergraduate and postgraduate courses, MBA and executive teaching. The successful candidate will be a collaborative academic leader who brings experience in the development and nurturing of academic teaching and research talent, and will play a pivotal role in the growth of research output and funding, and engagement with the business community.
