Brief Summary of Job Duties: Teaching courses in Business Law with a secondary interests in Health/Life Insurance, Risk Management, and/or Real Estate.

Requested Minimum Qualifications: The successful candidate will have achieved a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA accredited Law School commencing employment.

Other Preferences for Consideration: Must maintain a consistent publication record in Premier Scholarly Journals, demonstrate teaching competence and provide departmental, college and university service. Experience in online teaching is desirable. Additional MBA background in Business is desirable. Candidates must provide evidence of teaching competence and have potential for excellence in Scholarly Research.
