Bryant University seeks to fill two tenure-track, Assistant Professor of Finance positions, beginning August 1, 2019. The successful candidates will have a strong commitment to excellence in teaching, to scholarly research, and to departmental and University service. While we welcome applications from candidates in all areas of finance, we have a particular need for candidates with a background in corporate finance, possibly with additional education or experience in international business/international finance.
The second position is to be open ended with a unique perspective in finance. A candidate for this position would have a background, for example, on behavioral finance combined with traditional finance, or on big data combined with Fintech products, or on derivatives combined with future commerce products such as blockchain, or sustainable finance. Successful candidates will be expected to teach in our undergraduate business program (BSBA) and graduate level teaching in our MBA program.
