Technology & Information Management Decision Sciences Business - General
The Department of Information Technology and Decision Sciences seeks qualified individuals for its Adjunct Instructor Pool and welcomes applicants at any time. This posting is for the Fall 2019, Spring 2020, and Summer 2020 semesters. The specific courses involved may vary from semester to semester and openings to teach these courses develop on a periodic basis, depending on department teaching needs.
The anticipated need is for Adjunct Instructors who will have have the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully teach our IT and Decision Sciences/Business Analytics courses that include, but are not limited to: BCIS 2610; BCIS 3610; BCIS 5610; DSCI 2710; DSCI 3710; DSCI 4510; and DSCI 5620 for the Fall 2019, Spring 2020, and Summer 2020 semesters.
Candidates for lower-level courses (2xxx & 3xxx) will posses a master’s degree or 18 graduate credit hours directly related to the assigned course(s). Teaching and/or field experience may be required for some courses. Upper-level courses (4xxx & 5xxx) require a Ph.D in Information Systems, Information Technology or Decision Sciences/Business Analytics/Management Science.
