Assistant/ Associate /Full Professor of Business Management
The School of Business at the Australian College of Kuwait (ACK) invites application for faculty positions at the level of Assistant, Associate and Full Professor levels with a breadth and width of experience in Business Management. Successful candidates will have demonstrated teaching, learning and research abilities in the related fields of Business Management.

To this end, ACK seeks experienced faculty members that are keen to be part of this dynamic institution that matches the above-mentioned academic ranks to join the School of Business – Business Management Department commencing January 24th, 2021. At this stage, priority will be given to candidates with specialty in General Management; however, other candidates with expertise in other fields of Business Management are encouraged to apply. Screening of applications will begin on October 1st, 2020 and will continue until all the positions are filled.
Preference will be given to the candidates who will combine excellence in teaching with a demonstrated capacity to conduct interdisciplinary research that will expand and complement our current research program. Moreover, the candidate with prior administrative skills and experience with accreditation will be preferable for the ranking of Associate or Full Professor.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Applicant must have a Bachelor, Master (if any) and Ph.D. degrees in Business Management or related fields preferably with working experience in university or industry ;
- Excellent in teaching and curriculum development experience
- Industry exposure through research, consultancy, or professional activities;
- Scholarly publications in international specialized journals;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in the English Language; and
- The ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
