The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in management (or related field) or a master’s degree with 10 or more years of relevant industry experience. These lecturer positions involve teaching four courses per semester at the undergrad and/or master’s level with additional opportunities to teach in our executive education programs. Course responsibilities could include, for example, organizational behavior, human resource management, leadership, strategic management, international business, or entrepreneurship. Depending on a candidate’s experience and interests, the position may also involve other duties, such as curriculum-building, program management, and coaching students.

In addition to contributing to the fast-growing undergraduate programs, the Management Department also offers a newly launched Master of Science in Strategic Human Resource Management and Analytics and a strong doctoral program.
