Assistant/Associate Professor of Business Administration (International Business)

Tenure Track

The Department of Business Administration at Whittier College invites applications for a tenure-track position in International Business, which will begin in the Fall of 2020 to teach International Business and other international business electives.

Candidates should have a Ph.D. in International Business or a closely related field by September, 2020 from an AACSB-accredited institution (or equivalent). The successful candidate will demonstrate potential for outstanding teaching and excellence in scholarship. Industry experience is also highly valued and should be referenced. The Business Administration Department has seven full-time faculty and approximately 300 majors; each faculty member is required to teach 20-credits annually and is expected to participate in teaching courses that contribute to both the Business Administration major as well as the liberal arts education program. Additional responsibilities include an active professional development agenda, student advising, and service to the Department and College.
