The Department of Global Leadership and Management within the College of Business at Florida International University in Miami, FL invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor in Management to begin in August 2020. The position requires a Ph.D. in Management, Human Resources, or a related field of study (e.g., industrial psychology, organizational psychology). Applicants should have a record of demonstrated excellence as a scholar and teacher, and evidence of strong research productivity.
The Department of Global Leadership and Management houses a nationally ranked Master of Science in Human Resource Management (MSHRM) and BBA in Human Resource Management. Both programs are ranked No. 1 nationally by HR.com. We are especially interested in applicants who can teach effectively in these high priority programs. We also offer a BBA in Management, as well as a Ph.D., which focuses on topics related to Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Leadership and Cross-cultural management.
