Job Summary/Basic Function: The Department of Management in the College of Business at the University of North Texas invites applicants for a clinical faculty position (non-tenure track) in the area of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. Clinical faculty teach multiple courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate level, as well as contribute service to the Department, College, and University.

Minimum Qualifications: An earned doctorate in Management or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience teaching at the college level and/or a strong background presenting in intercompany/intracompany settings or professional seminars. Evidence of ability to engage in research activities.
