Assistant Teaching Professor of Management

Penn State Harrisburg's AACSB-accredited School of Business Administration invites applicants for a one-year, full-time, non-tenure track Assistant Teaching Professor of Management faculty position effective Fall 2019. This position has a very strong likelihood of renewal from year to year. Primary teaching area is Organizational Behavior with secondary interest in one or more of the following: Social Issues in Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Organizational Change and Development, and Sustainability. Teaching load is four courses per semester, and part of load may involve online course delivery. Qualified candidates will have a Doctorate in management or closely related field, preferably from an AACSB-accredited school. Prior teaching, research, and professional experience are desirable. Faculty are expected to maintain a high level of professional activity through scholarship and service. Compensation is AACSB competitive.
