Bryant University seeks to fill a tenure-track position in the Department of Management (rank is Assistant). Bryant seeks a candidate with a strong commitment to excellence in scholarly research and teaching in the field of project management and operations management. A secondary interest in international business is highly desirable. The position entails conducting rigorous academic research with relevance to a managerial audience.
The appointment for this position begins August 1, 2019. Rank is Assistant, though relevant experience in tenure/tenure track positions will be given consideration in determining length of tenure track. Salary is commensurate with preparation, experience, and demonstrated performance.

The Bryant Management Department consists of fifteen tenured/tenure-track faculty and seven additional non-tenure track faculty members who bring extensive business experience to the classroom. Students interested in Management can earn an undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) or International Business (BSIB) with a concentration in Leadership and Innovation Management, Team and Project Management or Human Resource Management, or an MBA. The faculty in the Department also work closely with the interdisciplinary majors in International Business and concentrations of Global Supply Chain Management and Entrepreneurship. Our faculty members are very active in research and have published in such journals as Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management, Technovation, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Relations, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Strategic Management Journal, to name a few.
