Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities
Teaching, advising and mentoring students, grant writing, conducting research in Finance. Perform all other duties as assigned by the department chair.
Master’s Degree in Accounting with 18 credit hours in Accounting.
Preference will be given to individuals holding a Ph.D. or ABD Doctoral Candidates in Accounting from an accredited AACSB institution.
Candidates who are Certified Public Accountants with 5 years teaching experience will be a plus.
We are seeking individuals who are in active research, and who have current publications in the area of Accounting.
We are also seeking individuals who can enhance the curriculum using state of the art software. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in delivering experiential-based learning and understands how Data Analysis is applied in Accounting.
Candidate must meet AACSB SA qualifications.
