The Department of Management provides quality management education leading to baccalaureate, masters, and doctoral degrees. The Department of Management in the Ryan College of Business at the University of North Texas invites applicants for a full-time lecturer position (non-tenure track) in the area of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. Lecturers teach multiple courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate level, as well as contribute to service to the Department, College, and University.
Master’s degree in management or a related field with at least 18 graduate hours in management.
Earned doctorate in management or a related field. Proficient with online and face-to-face instruction at the college level. Recent professional experience or background in human resource management functions and operations.
