Primarily: Teaching undergraduate and graduate Data Analytics/Decision Sciences/Management Science (DA/DS/MS) courses. Developing courses, curriculum, and/or teaching cases. Assisting students with career guidance. Participating in practice- or pedagogically oriented research or comparable intellectual endeavors. Be an active, contributing member of the faculty of the department.
Secondarily: Helping the ITDS department nurture, expand, and improve our relations with industry for student internship and job opportunities and fundraising for scholarships and/or student and faculty development.
Doctorate in Data Analytics/Decision Sciences/Management Science (DA/DS/MS) or related discipline with three or more years of experience teaching college-level DA/DS/MS or Information Systems/Technology (IS/IT) courses, preferably at the graduate level. Three or more years work experience in DA/DS/MS, IS/IT, business management, and/or consulting.
