    JOB SUMMARY & REQUIREMENTS:
    Nichols College is seeking a Visiting Professor in Accounting, to begin fall 2018. This is a non-tenure track, two-year renewable appointment. This position will also be offered an additional stipend to serve as the Academic Program Director of the MSA for Graduate and Professional Studies.
    Nichols College is a college of choice for business and leadership education with distinctive career-focused and leadership-based approaches to learning. Founded in 1815, Nichols is a private, primarily 4-year undergraduate business school offering a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with 11 concentrations. The College also offers 7 Bachelor of Arts degrees, as well as graduate degrees in MBA, MSA, MSOL and MSC. Nichols is NEASC and IACBE accredited; additionally, the Sport Management program is COSMA accredited.
    The teaching responsibility is a 4-4 course load, including both graduate and undergraduate teaching. Research and scholarship are expected and supported at Nichols. Candidates should possess expertise in two or more of the following areas: corporate taxation, management accounting, auditing or financial operations.
    For this position, an earned doctorate is preferred. Practical business experience and evidence of leadership are very desirable.
