Ngā kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
Based on our Hamilton campus you will produce research of a high standard in your specialist area of supply chain management or logistics, and actively communicate the impact of that research within the division and beyond. In addition to teaching across several undergraduate and postgraduate supply chain management subjects, you will supervise Masters and PhD students in their academic journey.
This is a full-time position (37.5 hours a week). Salary will be in the range from $87,500 to $104,322 per year for the Lecturer role and $107,177 to $140,599 per year for the Senior Lecturer role, salary will be dependent on the skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position.

Ko wai koe? - Who are you?
You will have a PhD (or be near to completion) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a closely-related subject. Knowledge of procurement would be highly valued, but not essential.
You will apply your teaching skills, including the ability to lecture to large classes as well as conducting small group seminars and tutorials effectively. You will be motivated to be involved in all aspects of teaching and learning, including developing research informed material, and delivering content in innovative ways both face-to-face and online. You will be a supportive supervisor of graduate and postgraduate students and their research, alongside your own impactful research, relevant to Supply Chain Management.
