Expertise: I am interested in Organisational behaviour, and have worked in the areas of stress, and traumatic stress due to terrorism. I also enjoy researching personality, psychological resources and employee outcomes. Another area of interest within the HRM and organisational behaviour sphere is organisational support where I am researching on contextualising organisational support to best suit the needs of employees.
