Dr Adamson’s research interests are firmly rooted in educational psychology, and have evolved across areas that today recognise employability and personal development planning as areas that should be supported by university degree programmes. Over the last decade she has followed and contributed to the contemporary thinking about these areas, and published advice and guidance at conferences in Europe. Some of these contributions have included developing
a model for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education,
a published taxonomy for the assessment of ePortfolios, and
guidance on embedding employability and personal development planning within existing degree programmes.
