Hadeel Al-Maaitah is an Assistant Professor of Management Studies in the Business Administration Department at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, and is the founder of the Center for Women Studies in the Community at the Hashemite University and director for the past 3 years.\r\nShe has been associated with the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Hashemite University for 10 years. Her approach in research and management is founded in her education and the realities of working in different sectors and in public, private and non-governmental organizations in three different continents. \r\nShe teaches communication, public relations, and special topics such as leadership, women leadership and diversity management on a regular basis. Her current research interests include leadership, communication, gender diversity management and gender sensitive social entrepreneurship. In addition, she has a continuous interest in communication and media in crisis situations including crisis response strategies, and media coverage. \r\nShe also conducts national and international consultations, training courses, workshops, talks, curriculum development, and evaluations on her topics of study, research and interest.
