Expertise: My primary research interest is in the consequences of institutional pluralism on firm strategy. In my dissertation I examined how organizations and entrepreneurs manage institutional pluralism - spatial and temporal consistencies in the institutional prescriptions that guide organizational actions and nurture their identities.
