My work focuses on the role of personality, intelligence, and other employee characteristics in determining workplace behaviors (job performance, creativity, counterproductivity, and sustainability-related behaviors). I teach Human Resource Management in Baruch’s MSILR program, as well as management courses in the undergraduate, MBA, doctoral, and international executive programs. In my applied work, I help organizations design and implement staffing systems with the goal of increasing employee retention and performance.
