An engaging teaching professional with a commitment to excellence in academic instruction, research, and scholarship, I am passionate about inspiring undergraduate students to apply critical and analytical thinking methodologies, and offer diverse perspectives in their studies. With expertise in the areas of business essentials, business communication, and business and computers, I possess an innate ability to translate organizational vision and core objectives into outstanding results. \n\nThroughout my career, I have employed traditional and innovative approaches across a variety of teaching methodologies, and leverage my expertise as a former core member of Dow Chemical’s Six Sigma implementation team and an extensive background in retail and business operations to consistently achieve success.\n\nAn advocate for service and growing in leadership, I\'m deeply engaged in the Midland Community, and am excited to be a member of the Midland Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Midland Class of 2014 and the Great Lakes Bay Regional Alliance Institute for Leaders Class of 2015, and am currently enrolled in Central Michigan University’s Educational Leadership program in pursuit of my PhD.
