Dr. Koppitsch’s research interests include how firms can recover from service failures, consumer processing of positive and negative information, and how consumers respond to anger. Dr. Koppitsch earned his Ph.D. in Marketing from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. He also earned an MBA from the University of Rochester and a BA in Psychology from Whitman College. Dr. Koppitsch also has worked in sales, marketing, graphic design, and public relations positions.
