Jerry has authored numerous academic and practitioner articles on business management and human resources and has presented his work at many professional conferences and meetings. He is an active member of a number of professional organizations including the Academy of Management and the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Jerry also consults extensively in the area of business management, and his employment history includes having worked for one of the largest International HRM consulting firms. Jerry's outside interests focus on enjoying the Southwest Florida lifestyle through participation in various outdoor leisure and sport activities.
