Expertise: Dr. Co’s research focuses on linkages among the following: trade, foreign direct investment, market structure and competitiveness, intellectual property rights, environmental policy, and migration. She is also interested in understanding the spatial and temporal evolution of innovation activities and the restructuring of global production networks. More recently, she has also been interested in China’s engagement with Africa via trade, investment, and engineering projects.
