Professor Meglich's research interests include the study of dysfunctional workplace behavior; specifically workplace bullying and abusive supervision. She has also studied virtual collaboration processes. Her work has been published in the Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies, Journal of Applied Business and Economics, Journal of Management Policies and Practices, Journal of Ethics and Entrepreneurship, and Employee Rights and Responsibilities. Pedagogical research has been published in the Journal of Human Resources Education and she has published two Learning Modules for the Society for Human Resource Management
