Expertise: Dr. Gagnon’s primary teaching and research interests lie in reverse supply chain systems, advanced technology assessment and justification, the strategy and design of productive systems, the management of technology, and instructional pedagogy in operations management/management science. He has made 61 professional paper presentations, published 40 conference proceedings articles, and published 29 journal articles. His journal publications have appeared in Decision Sciences, The International Journal of Production Research, OMEGA, The European Journal of Operational Research, Computers and Industrial Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Interfaces, the Production and Inventory Management Journal, Internet and Higher Education Journal, and The Journal of Academy of Business Education.
