Expertise: I am actively researching the process of how international firms move production technology to new and existing subsidiaries within their international network of subsidiaries, other technology sources, and customers. This interest extends to the interdependence between units of that network and the differing ways that managers perceive their units' roles, act out their perceptions, and manage disagreement and change in unit roles.
