Expertise: Denise is an active researcher, using both qualitative and quantitative method design. Her current projects fall into three main categories:

Employee attitudes towards the organisation and workplace relationships, resulting in attitudinal and behavioural outcomes such as employee engagement, retention and productivity – especially in health and allied health sector
The impact of the board of directors on employee attitudes and behaviour
Undergraduate students' awareness, knowledge and intentions to progress to postgraduate study.
