Tom’s research interests are in the areas of strategic entrepreneurship and firm performance, strategies for managing innovation and knowledge flows in high technology industries, the organization of global production networks, and the improvement of healthcare delivery systems. His work has been published in Advances in Entrepreneurship, Firm Emergence & Growth, and he regularly presents his research at major national and international conferences, including the Academy of Management and the Strategic Management Society.
