The Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship at the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) , College of Business and Economics (CBE), invites applications for a full-time faculty position at the rank of Assistant/Associate/Professor in Entrepreneurship. The successful candidate will join a scholarly academic environment dedicated to excellence in research, teaching, and community engagement. The successful candidate will conduct high-quality research leading to publications in top-tier, refereed journals and will develop and sustain funded research initiatives. Teaching responsibilities include delivering undergraduate and mostly graduate courses in entrepreneurship and related disciplines, employing innovative and practical approaches to enhance student learning. The candidate will also lead and manage the Entrepreneurship Lab, creating hands-on, practical opportunities that integrate academic knowledge with real-world applications. Mentoring students, advising them on academic and professional development, and actively contributing to the ongoing enhancement of the Entrepreneurship program are integral aspects of the role. The candidate will be expected to engage in high-level service or external projects that promote the growth and reputation of UAEU at large and its entrepreneurship program. Industry experience in the UAE and internationally is highly valued to ensure the program's practical relevance and quality.

Proficiency in English, the language of instruction and communication, is mandatory.
