The Fox School of Business at Temple University invites applications for a non-tenure-track assistant or associate professor of practice with areas of expertise in innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship. This position will be in the Department of Management. Professors of practice are expected to demonstrate excellence in teaching through classroom instruction and related pedagogical activities, as well as continued engagement in their professional fields. The start date for the position is July 1, 2022.
We seek candidates capable of contributing to the department’s teaching needs, and who will engage in continuous improvement in teaching and pedagogy. Our academic offerings include an undergraduate major and minor in Entrepreneurship, and a Master of Science in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship. Course topics include: Business Model Innovation, Global Innovation Strategy, Lean Start-up, Technology, Intelligence, Creativity, and more.
In addition, this position will be part of the leadership team for our Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute (IEI), which engages in myriad activities to promote entrepreneurship across the university.

At minimum, a master’s degree in business or arts related to innovation/creativity (or comparable subject), as well as broad experience, including leadership roles, is required.
Prior teaching experience is strongly preferred.
