The College of Business of Western New England invites applications for a tenure-track sport management faculty position at the assistant or associate professor level to begin Fall 2023.
Candidates are required to hold a Ph.D. degree in Sport Management or a terminal degree in a related discipline (e.g. a Juris Doctorate) from an accredited college. Applicants with a record of excellence in teaching undergraduate and master’s level courses in sport management courses, sport law or courses related to the business of sport are preferred. Collegiality, the ability to connect to students, and to work with other faculty members is highly valued.
The position’s primary responsibilities include teaching, research, publication of scholarly journal articles and service activities to support the university, the college, the department and the academic discipline.
