J.E. Cairnes School of Business & Economics is one of three Schools within the College of Business, Public Policy and Law at University of Galway. The school has 2,800 students, over 130 faculty, research and professional services staff, and over 30 undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The School has successfully attained AACSB and AMBA accreditation as well as EFMD programme accreditation. The School is a member of PRME.
The Marketing Discipline’s research environment and range of collaborative projects and activities, serve to elevate members’ research skills and knowledge to contribute innovative and impactful ideas to the marketing field. This research leverages the strong industry connections the Marketing Discipline has cultivated over forty years through multidisciplinary work with a distinctive societal impact.
The person appointed will have experience of lecturing at third level; relevant research publications in high-ranking, peer-reviewed journals and conferences; and clear contributions related to programme management in a third level environment. They will have knowledge and experience in teaching one or more of the following areas:

Duties will include teaching, examining and administration in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, as well as postgraduate research supervision and involvement in the research activities of the Marketing Discipline, the School of Business and Economic, and the College of Business, Public Policy, and Law.
