Expertise: Her research interests are in applied econometrics, economic development, and international economics. Saenz’s research has been presented at the Allied Social Science Associations Annual Meetings, the Agricultural and Applied Economics Association Annual Meetings, the Southern Economic Association Annual Meetings, and the Southwestern Society of Economics Annual Meetings. Her teaching experience includes courses in international economic development, regional economic development, international finance, principles of macroeconomics, principles of microeconomics, and introduction to international economics.
